Marvelous Montana

Okay, so it's been raining practically non-stop since we got here.  But it's still marvelous.  Even more marvelous now that I found my camera about 20 minutes ago...in the suitcase...after it was lost for two days.  So expect more pictures soon.

Dad finally got his wish to sit on the deck of the cabin.

Dad and I unloaded everything but the appliances and the cabinets.
Three of the workers helped and it went pretty fast.  

Montana or bust!

Crossing the continental divide-snow on the side of the road up to 10 inches or so.  Roads were pretty good for the most part.  At the top it was snowing pretty hard.  We were in the clouds literally.  But there were also times when it was sunny.  Gorgeous scenery but hard to see the high mountains most of the time.  These pictures look black and white but they are actually in color.  It's a black and white world up here right now.  We've never driven here this time of year before, so it was neat for us to see.  Tomorrow we get to meet our new house.  Yeah!

Mystery Man

 I don't know who the mystery man is in some of these pictures, but I hope he likes the looks of things as much as we do.  Staining of the interior logs is complete.
